Nothing New Under the Sun

This blog is meant to document the many scandals that have plagued the North Carolina Department of Transportation in recent years. For each scandal I have only scratched the surface by citing a newspaper article or two, but there is undoubtedly more to each of these stories. And none of this is really new.
